Chaozhou's intelligent bathroom industry integrates 5G and AI visual inspection, achieving defect recognition at thousands of frames per second with an accuracy of 99.8%, supporting rapid response to personalized customized orders. The Internet platform of China's ceramic industry has been connected to more than 1950 enterprises, making it possible to access the full link data of design, production and storage, promoting the access of small and micro workshops to the cloud collaborative network, and realizing the parallel of flexible production and mass customization. The industry is shifting from 'manufacturing ceramics' to 'defining smart materials', building a new manufacturing ecosystem with 5G as the nerve, AI as the brain, and cloud platforms as the center.
